摘要
SIP（SwirlInjectionPrinciple……旋涡喷射原理）润滑方式是丹麦汉斯延森气缸注油系统公司（HansJensenLubricators）一种全新的气缸润滑概念（专利产品）。适用于多种船用2冲程低速柴油机气缸润滑，尤其是与ManB＆W、Wartsila和Mitsubishi的2冲程低速柴油机配套。得到ManB＆W、Mitsubishi和Wartsila认可的HJSIP（旋流喷雾式注油器）采用高压喷雾方式将润滑油经过喷嘴高压雾化喷射注入，可以形成与各个喷嘴相对的扩散油雾。
SIP（ stands for Swirl Injection Principle） Lubricating is a brand new concept for cylinder lubrication （pat.pend .） developed by Danish Hans Jensen Lubricator A/S （ HJL）,which is applicable to to 3 major 2-stroke marine engine makers Man B＆W, Wartsila and Mitsubishi. Fully approved by MAN B＆W, Mitsubishi and Wartsila engines, the HJ SIP lubrication system works in this way. It makes lubricating oil being pressured and atomized through the SIP valve nozzle and then spray the atomized oil mist along the surface of the cylinder liner wall,
