摘要
电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)技术是目前国际上最先进的痕量元素分析技术,吸收转化国外利用ICP-MS技术制定的标准,有利于我国分析测试技术的进步,提高我国在痕量元素分析测试方面的技术水平,稳定和提高我国分析检测的质量。本文概括了痕量元素的现代分析技术及其特点,进而对国内外利用ICP-MS技术制定的标准进行介绍,分析我国现行标准中的不足,并着力为各级政府和企业尽早完善ICP-MS标准提出了相关建议和对策。
The standards using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) techniques are the most advanced in the world, which will help China to improve analysis level of trace metals, stable and improve the analysis quality, so it is urgent that they are absorbed and transformed. This paper summarizes the modern analysis techniques of trace elements and their features, introduces the situation of domestic and international ICP-MS standards, indicates the lack of current ICP-MS standards in China. Finally, it makes some relevant recommendations and countermeasures for government and corporate to improve the ICP-MS standards as soon as possible.
