摘要
采用增压排空的阴离子交换柱实现了铀基体与痕量稀土元素的分离。结果表明,全流程对稀土的回收率在96%~106%之间,整个分离过程可在20min内完成。用ICP MS测量铀基体中痕量稀土的检测限为1×10-12g/mL。用该方法分析U3O8成分分析标准参考物质GBW04207中的痕量稀土含量,测量结果与参考值符合良好。
An intermittently pressurized anion exchange column is used for separation of trace rare earth elements (REES) from uranium before ICP-MS measurements. The whole separation can be completed within 20 min. The recoveries for all REES are in the range of 96%~106%. Comparing with previous methods, this technique consumes less chemicals and produces less waste. The applicability and reliability of this procedure is demonstrated by the good accordance between results determined by this method and the recommended values for REES in a standard reference material (GBW04207). It is proved that this method would be useful for analysis of trace REES impurities in uranium metal and its oxides.
