摘要
绵阳旅游业发展需要一批综合素质高、业务能力强又具有地方特色导游人才。本文通过问卷调查、访谈法等,对绵阳市的导游人才队伍的现状等问题进行了分析,提出了绵阳导游人才队伍的培养对策。
The development of Mianyang tourism requires a group of tutors with high-quality,practice capacity,and local characteristics.This paper analyzes the current situation of the tutor group via questionnaire,inquisition and interview,and proposes some countermeasures for the cultivation of talented tutors.
