类Fenton体系催化剂的合成与催化降解聚丙烯酰胺性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 合成了2-(N,N-二羧甲基)氨甲基-4-甲基酚,进而以之为配体在水溶液中制备了5种过渡金属配合物,考察了其作为催化剂对H2O2氧化降解聚丙烯酰胺的催化作用,发现相同条件下FeL的催化效果最好。FeL用量为H2O2的5%(摩尔分数)时,可催化氧化降解平均分子量为6.1×106的聚丙烯酰胺至平均分子量约为7.2×104,降解后胶液黏度与水接近。 2-(N, N-biscarboxymethyl)aminomethyl-4-methyl phenol (H3L) was synthesized with iminodiacetic acid and para-cresol as raw material. Then 5 transition metal complexes were prepared in water solution using H3L as the ligand. These complexes were used as catalysts in the oxidative degradation of polyacrylamide (PAM) by H2O2. Results showed that these complexes could catalyze the oxidative degradation of PAM effectively, and FeL presented the best catalytic performance. The optimum FeL dosage was 5 % molar ration of H2O2 ,under this condition,the mo-lar weight of PAM was decreased from 6.1×10^6 to 7.2×10^4 , and the viscosity of gel was close to water after the deg-radation.
