摘要
医学微生物的生物学特性及致病性等方面内容相对难以记忆,授课时显得有些枯燥。案例式教学法是通过对一个真实场景的描述,引导学生对这些特殊情景进行分析讨论的一种教学方法。在留学生的医学微生物学教学中,我们尝试采用案例式教学法,通过案例的选取、备课及课堂组织教学等方面的准备,激发了学生学习的积极性,提高了学生分析思考的能力,取得了良好的效果。
Biological characters and pathogenicity contents of Medical Microbiology are relatively difficult to learn and memorize.Case based learning is an interactive teaching method to guide students through real life situations.Real scene context stimulated students' interest and enhanced their analytic skill.With careful choice of cases,lesson preparation and teaching,efficient results were achieved.
