摘要 通过分析基础医学教学模式的现状和存在的问题,确认在教学改革中引入执业医师资格考试,将"培养医师专业能力"作为教学目标,以提高教学效能,促进基础阶段综合型课程的开展。在前期实践基础上设计教学流程,提出在医学微生物学教学中注重学科基本知识点和理论体系,强化与其他医学学科的联系。将课堂讲授法与改造PBL结合,将课外小组学习和课堂PBL结合,增加考核量化的指标,建立具有高效能的医学教学模式。 By analyzing the current situations and questions of basic medical teaching,it is necessary to introduce the medical licensing examination,in order to promote the medical microbiology teaching efficiency.The teaching target was to culture doctor specialized ability.The teaching procedure was designed on the basis of teaching practices.It was proposed to strengthen basic knowledge and theory system in medical microbiology,to reinforce the relationships with other relative medical subjects,to combine traditional course teaching and improved PBL(Problem-Based Learning),and to combine extracurricular group learning and course PBL.Quantitative assessment was also applied in procedure reform of medical microbiology teaching.This reform is to construct high-efficiency teaching procedure of medical microbiology.
