摘要
苜蓿素有"牧草之王"的美称,其作为饲草已有2 000多年历史。近几年,随着转基因技术的发展与应用,苜蓿还被用作生物反应器等。国内外科学家对苜蓿的研究领域越来越广泛,转基因技术在苜蓿中的研究报道也越来越多。综述转基因技术在苜蓿品种改良中的应用,介绍遗传转化方法和苜蓿转基因育种的研究方向,并概述苜蓿转基因育种的优点及其应用前景。
Alfalfa is highly regarded for its feeding value which is due to its high protein content,and it is often called the＂Queen of Forages＂.Alfalfa was cultivated before two thousand years.With the development and application of transgenic technology,alfalfa is also used as a plant bioreactor in recent years.More and more studies on the transgenic alfalfa are reported.This paper reviews briefly the methods and transgenic breeding research.The application of transgenic alfalfa has many advantages and broad prospects.
