摘要
在柴胡甲醇提取物活化小鼠肝或腹水癌细胞腺苷环化酶(Ac)研究基础上,作者将柴胡的有效成分分离,用小鼠肝组织匀浆Ac活性为指标,鉴测分离组分的作用,结果发现:经分离的柴胡组分除有活化Ac作用外,并首次发现有抑制Ac的作用,其中两个组分有显著抑制Ac的作用,且成量效关系。
The activatory effect of the Mech extract of Chai Hu (Bupleurum Chinese DC) on adenylate cyclase in mouse hepatocyte preparation (ACHP) was reported by us. Recently we have been investigated that the isolation the active fractions of Chai Hu by monitoring its activatory or inhibitory activities on the ACHP. The results showed that the isolated of fractions of Chai Hu still has the activatory effect on the ACHP. We firstly found that two isolated fractions, named CH-5 and CH-7, have the inhibitory effects on the ACHP significantly. CH- 5 and CH- 7 inhibit the ACHP in a concentration dependent manner.
