摘要
研究了软枣猕猴桃-龙牙楤木混合汁饮料加工工艺,对加工过程的护绿,稳定剂的选择等进行了探讨,并运用正交实验研究了产品的调配。结果,确定了最佳配方和加工工艺,可得到风味良好和稳定性高的山野果软枣猕猴桃,山野菜龙牙楤木混合汁保健饮料。
A Study on mixed juice drink of Actinidia arguta and Aralia mandshrica Processing Technology,carry on the discussion to the processing process of Protecting green and choiceing Stabilizer,Study on product formula through the orthogonal experiment.Determine the optimum formula of Mixed juice drink,the Mixed juice drink Processing Technology of Health Care of Good taste and High Stability.
