摘要
研究了软枣猕猴桃-龙牙楤木混合汁饮料加工工艺,对加工过程的护绿,稳定剂的选择等进行了探讨,并运用正交实验研究了产品的调配。结果,确定了最佳配方和加工工艺,可得到风味良好和稳定性高的山野果软枣猕猴桃,山野菜龙牙楤木混合汁保健饮料。
