不同生态条件下红皮云杉和红松主要多酚类物质含量研究 被引量:1

Comparative Study of Polyphenol Material Content from Picea koraiensis and Pinus koraiensis under Different Ecological Conditions

摘要 红皮云杉和红松是我国东北地区主要优势松树种,其球果鳞片中富含多酚类物质。采用超声波辅助提取方法,以国家标准如福林酚比色法等分别测定伊春、苇河、长白山地区红皮云杉和红松的主要多酚类物质含量,考察指标有多酚、黄酮和原花青素。结果表明,红皮云杉在多酚和原花青素含量上,显著高于红松;长白山地区红皮云杉球果中多酚和原花青素含量最高。所以,长白山地区红皮云杉为多酚类物质的资源优势品种,值得进一步对其生理功能进行研究。 Picea koraiensis and Pinus koraiensis are the major advantages of pine trees in the northeast,because both of them have a large number of polyphenol materials in their cones scale.This experiment took polyphenols extracted by ultrasonic wave,using national standard methods to evaluate the phenolic,flavone and procyanidins content of samples,such as Folin-Ciocateu.These samples are Picea koraiensis and Pinus koraiensis from Yichun,Weihe and Changbai Mountain.The result showed that the phenolic and flavone contents of Picea koraiensis were significantly higher than those of Pinus koraiensis.The Picea koraiensis cones scale from Changbai Mountain had the highest content in polyphenols and procyanidins.Conclusion Picea koraiensis cones scale from Changbai Mountain are the best source of Polyphenol material and are in need of further exploration of their physiological function.
