摘要
针对现阶段冷冻封堵在天然气管道中虽然已广泛运用,但对于非耐候管材在经过一段时间深冷后其力学性能能否达到强度要求无详细力学数据的情况,笔者设计了常用天然气管道管材20#钢的冷冻后力学性能实验,对试样做了详细的力学性能测试。通过测试结果与未经过深冷的20#钢试件各项力学指标作对比,得出了20#钢在经过一段时间的深冷后其力学性能没有明显的改变,符合天然气管道承压要求。为冷冻封堵技术在天然气管道中的运用及推广提供了安全保障,消除了现场施工过程中对天然气管道局部深冷操作的顾虑,提高了施工效率。
In view of partly freezing sealing technology applied in gasol pipeline system, there are no detailed mechanical data that whether the pipe can meet the strength after the deep cold over a period of time. The author designs mechanical properties experiment of the pipe after the deep cold and made a detailed mechanical property testing on the sample. Comparing to mechanical index of national Institute of Standards, it arrivals at a conclusion that there is no obvious change of mechanical properties of the pipe after the deep cold over a period of time. It also meets the requirements of the gas pipeline pressure. It provides the using of partly freezing sealing technology in gasol pipeline system with security. It removes the anxiety of partly freezing sealing of gasol pipeline in field conduct and improves the efficiency of construetion.
