摘要
天然气管道在停输泄压进行焊接修复时涉及到惰性气体置换,残余油气的爆炸极限作为置换程度的重要判据,在残余油气隔离技术中残余油气的蒸汽压与凝析油系统中主要易燃物质的燃烧特性直接影响油气隔离技术的参数确定。笔者在对长庆油田榆林地区三个采气厂的凝析油样品成分分析的基础上,得出在天然气置换动火时必须将管道内残余油气含量控制在0.859%以内以及油气隔离设备至少承压0.1 MPa才能保证安全施工的结论,对舍凝析油系统的天然气管道置换动火、管道油气隔离技术有重要意义。
During the off transmission and dec ompression repair of pipeline, it refers to cleaning line using shielding gas. Explosive limit is considered to be a important criterion, in the technology of insulating the remnant oil and gas, the vapor pressure directly affects the effect of insulating, while, the burning performance of flammable component in the remnant oil and gas is the ultimate criterion in evaluating the performance of gasol. The author analyses the gasol sample that come from three natural gas treatment plants in YuLin area of Changqing oilfield and come to conclusion that maxim vapor pressure is 0.10 MPa and also gain the explosive limit of the remnant oil and gas the pipeline. This conclusion has significance to cleaning line using shielding gas, bearing pressure in insulating the remnant oil and gas, evaluating the performance of gasol.
