摘要
以某轿车差速器为研究对象,利用UG NX/Motion建立齿轮机构刚体虚拟样机模型,并导入到动力学分析软件MSC-Adams中。结合该轿车差速器的具体工作情况,选取符合差速器传动的碰撞接触参数、约束和负载进行仿真分析,得到齿轮机构在具体工况下转速与受力的变化曲线,根据变化曲线能更深层次地分析差速器的工作原理,从而缩短产品的研发周期,降低研发成本。
Take an automobile differential as the research subject, utilizes the UG/Motion software to establish the differential gear mechanism rigid virtual sample, and puts it into the MSC-Adams of the dynamics analysis software. According to the specific working condition of the differential, the contact parameters, constraints and loads which is suitable for the differential transmission, it analyzes the simulation to obtain the variation curve of the rotation and stress of the gear system in a specific condition. Based on the variation curve, it also deeply analyzes the working principle of differential so as to shorten the development cycle of product and reduce the development cost.
