摘要 自我效能感是个体在面对具体情景的活动时,对自己完成该活动程度的心理判断和感觉评估。成人自我导向学习在一定程度上是一种自觉的活动,学习活动进行的程度和效果与成人的自觉意识及主体意识有关,但也需要外在因素的支持。自我效能感通过个体经验、外部情境和学习力等因素影响成人自我导向学习。鉴于此,增强自我认同感、明确个体学习目标、寻找学习共同体、实施契约学习计划是提高成人自我导向学习自我效能感的有效途径。 Self- efficacy is the individual psychological judgment and sensory assessment for the degree of he could achieve when facing specific scenaieo activeties. Adult self - directed learning is to some extent a self - conscious activity. The degree and effect of the learning progress are relevant to the self- consciousness and subject consciousness of the adult, and the support of external factors. Self- efficacy through individual experience, external situations and learning capacity and other factors affects adult self - directed learning. So strengthening their self - identity, determining individual learning targets, looking for the learning community and implementing the contract learning program are the effective ways to improve the adult self- efficacy in the adult self- directed learning progress.
