摘要
目的 :为了了解南宁地区 U u的耐药情况 ,对本地区支原体耐药情况进行监测 ,指导临床用药。方法 :对南宁地区 NGU患者分离出的 35株 Uu,采用肉汤倍比稀释法测定 4种抗生素的 MIC值。结果 :克拉霉素的 MIC≤ 1μg/ m l有 17株Uu (71% ) ,MIC5 0 、 MIC90 分别为 1μg/ ml、 16 μg/ m l;阿奇霉素的 MIC≤ 4μg/ m l有 17株 Uu (71% ) ,MIC5 0 、MIC90 分别为4μg/ m l、 16 μg/ ml。美满霉素的 MIC≤ 4μg/ m l有 11株 Uu (占 45 % ) ,MIC5 0 、MIC90 分别为 8μg/ ml、 32 μg/ ml。氟罗沙星的MIC≤ 2μg/ ml仅有 6株 U u (2 5 % ) MIC≥ 8μg/ m l的有 2 3株 U u,MIC5 0 、 MIC90 分别为 8μg/ ml、 16μg/ m l。结论 :南宁地区的 Uu对大环内酯类药物较为敏感 ,其中克拉霉素优于阿奇霉素。四环素类药物的敏感性较低 ,喹诺酮类药的敏感性最差。对四环素类药物高度耐药者 ,71%菌株对其它药物的 MIC值较低 (17/ 2 4)。
Objective:In order to know the drug resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticam(Uu) in Nanning and use it as guidance for clinical drug administration,we carried out a drug resistance surveillance over Uu in the area Methods:multiple proportional broth dilution method was applied to detect the MIC(minimal inhibitory concentration) of 35 strains of Uu,isolated from NGU patients in Nanning,to 4 antibiotics Results:To clarithromycin,17 strains of Uu(71%) showed MIC≤1μg/ml,with MIC 50 and MIC 90 being 1μg/ml and 16μg/ml respectively To azithromycin,17 strains of Uu (71%) showed MIC≤4μg/ml,with MIC 50 and MIC 90 being 4μg/ml and 16μg/ml respectively To minomycin,11 strains of Uu(45%) showed MIC≤4μg/ml,with MIC 50 and MIC 90 being 8μg/ml and 32μg/ml respectively To fleroxacin,only 4 strains of Uu(25%) showed MIC≤2μg/ml,whereas 23 strains showed MIC≥8μg/ml,with MIC 50 and MIC 90 being 4μg/ml and 16μg/ml respectively Conclusion:The Uu in Nanning was quite sensitive to macrolide antibiotics,among which,clarithromycin was better than azithromycin The sensitivity to tetracycline antibiotics was low,and that to carbostyril antibiotics was the lowest Among the Uu which was highly resistant to tetracycline antibiotics,71%(17/24) showed a low MIC to other drugs It indicates that we should be aware of the resistance to all these three category of drugs in our clinical practice
