摘要
随着城市建设快速发展,影响电网发展的因素不断增加,规划条件和实际情况差异较大,城市电网面临着越来越多的风险。本文针对天津电网长期以来存在的电力平衡问题、热稳定问题、暂态稳定问题、电压稳定问题,以"十二五"未来三年为水平年,对天津电网规划的主网架进行了网架结构和安全性分析,对规划投产的特高压工程、主要500 kV输变电工程建进行了敏感性分析。根据分析结果所暴露出来的电网中的薄弱环节,文章针对性的提出了网络结构优化建议以及重点工程建设时序建议,有效提高了电网规划方案适应性,对天津电网未来几年的规划、建设、运行、管理具有一定的参考价值,本文所提出的适应性研究方法对其他网省公司开展类似研究同样具有借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of Tianjin, the development of power grid is affected by more and more uncer- tainty factors because of the differences between the real circs and planning conditions. As a result, the adaptability evaluation of power grid has become increasingly exigent The paper based on the long-standing electric power balance issue, thermal stability, transient stability, voltage stability of Tianjin main power grid, study on its adaptability of next 3 years during the 12th Five-year Plan,including the impact of 1 000 kV Extra High Voltage & important 500 kV transmission and substation projects are analyzed. According to the weakness of the power grid, the paper gived the optimized suggestion of the main power grid,and offered a proposal to the construction scheduling of newly-buih im- portant projects. It can enhance the adaptability of programming of main power grid, and had some reference value for programming construction ,operation, management work of Tianjin main power grid. The method of adaptability analy- sis proposed by the paper is also useful to other provincial power grid.
