PBL教学法在口腔医学临床实习中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 “以问题为基础的学习(problem-basedlearning,PBL)”的教学模式在1969年由美国精神病学教授Barrows首先提出,是一种在教师引导下,以临床病人问题为基础、以学生为中心进行探讨,在讨论中相互学习并最终解决问题的学习形式[1]。PBL教学法已成为世界上许多医学院校理论和临床教学的重要组成部分旧[2]。口腔医学的发展在国内外受到越来越多的重视,但其中部分内容理论体系复杂且实践性很强,在以往的传统教学中,学生对该部分知识领会较差,效果不佳。我科自2007年以来,在临床实习的教学中应用PBL教学法,以期培养实习生的综合能力。现总结如下。
