摘要
目的探讨急性白血病免疫表型特征,为急性白血病诊断及治疗提供科学依据。方法利用四色流式细胞仪,以CD45/SSC双参数散点图设门法,检测147例白血病患者骨髓细胞表面标记。结果 AML髓系抗原表达率以cMPO为最高,其余依次为CD33、CD13、HLA-DR、CD117等,CD14、CD36和CD64在M4和M5表达最高,而淋巴细胞抗原CD7、CD19、CD56等有少数表达。B-ALL表达最高的是CD19和cCD79a,其次是CD10,T-ALL中表达最高的是cCD3、CD7和CD5。结论应用多参数FCM对急性白血病进行分型,对于白血病的诊断治疗和预后判断,特别是在跨系表达白血病及混合型白血病的诊断中具有重要价值。
Objective To evaluate the immunophentyping of acute leukemia and provide scientific basis for the diagnosis and treatment.Methods Immunophentyping was analysised by four color flow cytometry with CD45/SSC gating for bone marrow cells from 147 patients with acute leukemia.Results In acute myeloid leukemia(AML),cMPO expression rate was the highest,followed by CD33,CD13,HLA-DR,CD117,CD14,CD36 and CD64were highly expressed in M4and M5,CD7,CD19and CD56 were few positive.CD19and cCD79a expression rate was the highest and followed by CD10In B-lineage ALL(B-ALL),cCD3,CD7and CD5expression rate was the highest In T-lineage ALL(T-ALL).Conclusion Milti-parameter FCM could be used for immunophentyping of acute leukemia,and it had great value for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis,especially in leukemia with cross-lineage antgen expression or mixed-lineage.
