摘要
探讨面部护理加服达英 - 35治疗痤疮的疗效。方法 :采用面部护理治疗的同时按月经周期服用达英 - 35的方法对 5 6例痤疮患者进行系统性治疗 2个月 ,并与单纯面部护理及单纯口服达英 - 35进行对照。结果 :混合组治愈率达 85 % ,总有效率10 0 % ,较单纯面部护理有显著性差异 ,与单纯口服达英 - 35组无显著性差异 ,但有显著性差异的趋势。结论 :在单纯面部护理基础上服用达英 - 35可以提高疗效 ,并可减少痤疮后遗症。
Objective:To probe into the effect on combining facial care with oral administration of Diane-35 for acne lesions. Methods:56 acne lesion cases were treated for 2 months by offered Diane-35 according to the menstrual cycle while using facial care.Contrasting the effect with facial care only and administrating Diane-35 only. Results:In the mixed team the curatice rate wate was about 85%.Healing and improving rate was 100%.The effect was notable distinction between combining therapy and facial care only,not distinction in administration of Diane-35 but had the trend. Conclusions:Theraputic effect could be enhanced by administrating Diane-35 orally on the basis of facial care,And this also could reduce the sequela of acne lesions.
