摘要
应用复方蛇草汤治疗寻常痤疮42例，总有效率76.2％，对照组28例服用异维A酸，总有效率82.1％，两组疗效经统计学处理无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗前、后分别测定治疗组患者血清睾酮、雌二醇水平，进行皮损表皮分层剥离扫描电镜观察；测定痤疮丙酸杆菌对复方蛇草汤的敏感性。实验结果显示：复方蛇草汤可有效升高男性患者血清中降低的雌二醇水平(P<0.05)，对女性患者血清中升高的睾酮水平降低不明显(P>0.05)；对痤疮丙酸杆菌有体外抑制作用；对痤疮患者皮损有良好的修复作用。
cases of acne were treated by Compound Shecao Decoction and 28 cases treated by isotretinoin as control. The result showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.2％ ,and that of control group was 82.1％ , without significant difference(P >0.05). Before and after treatment in the treat group, the serum testosterone and estradiol levels of patient were detected, the skin lesion was observed by scanning electron microscope. The susceptibility of Propionibacterium acne to Compound Shecao Decoction was detected. The results show that Compound Shecao Decoction can effectively raise the lowered serum estradiol levels of male patients(P< 0.05),but have no significant effect lower to the increased serum testosterone levels of female(P >0.05). It has bacteriostatic action on P.acne, and good recovering effect to acne lesions.
