摘要
随着中国老龄化进程逐步加快,新医改背景下老年群体的健康问题也面临挑战,因卫生资源稀缺性,应认真探讨有效保障老年群体健康的政策设计和管理方式。基于对老年卫生保健服务政策改革的可行性分析,老年健康服务问题需要从立法保障、资金有效管理、社区创新服务方式、疾病综合认知观、公私合营产业等方面进行宏观政策考量。
As the aging of the society accelerates, the health of elder groups faced with many challenges in the new medical reform. Because of the scarcity of health resources, policy design and effective management in protec- ting elder group health are top on the agenda. Based on the feasibility analysis of elderly health policy reform, the relating issues need macro policy considerations from tile aspect of legislative protection, effective funds control, community innovation service and public--private partnerships involvement.
