摘要
高职院校教师的科研能力是实现办学水平全面提升和提高学校社会竞争力的重要举措。文中从教师科研能力提升的作用出发,指出了高职教师科研能力的现状,并提出了高职教师科研能力提升的系列措施。
The scientific research ability of vocational college teachers is the important measures to realize all-around improvement of school-running level and the development of school＇s social competitiveness. Beginning with the function of the teachers＇ scientific research ability, the paper points out the status quo of scientific research in the vocational colleges, and puts forward a series of measures of improving teachers＇ scientific research ability.
