摘要
目的 研究创伤后 MODS与 HL A-DRB1相关性。方法 用 PCR对 37例创伤后 MODS患者 18对 HLA-DRB1基因引物进行扩增 ,用 ELISA进行 IL -10测定。结果 创伤后 MODS患者 DR2 (DRB1* 15 0 1-DRB1* 15 0 2 )基因频率显著升高。 DR2 + 较DR2 -的 MODS患者血浆 IL-10水平和病死率显著升高 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 创伤后 MDDS与 HL A-DR2 (DRB1* 15 0 1-DRB1* 15 0 2 )呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between post traumatic multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) and HLA DRB1. Methods 18 pairs of primers of HLA DRB1 alleles were enlarged through PCR and IL 10 detection was carried out through ELISA in 37 patients with posttraumatic MODS. Results The genetic frequency of DR2 (DRB1 *1501 DRB1 *1502) was remarkably increased (P<0.025) in patients of posttraumatic MODS. Plasma level IL 10 and mortality were found much higher in MODS patients of DR2 + than in those of DR 2(P<0.001). Conclusion Posttraumatic MODS is positively correlated with HLA DR2 (DRB1 *1501 DRB1 *1502)
