摘要
技术创新既是经济持续增长的动力,又是经济增长方式转变的根本途径。知识产权保护通过影响技术创新而间接影响经济增长方式。知识产权保护不足或保护过度都会阻碍技术创新,因而知识产权保护水平只有与经济发展所处阶段和水平相适应,才能真正推动经济增长方式的转变。利用2000-2009年我国内地28个地区的面板数据进行实证检验,结果发现,技术创新和知识产权保护是提高我国经济增长集约化水平的重要因素。坚定不移地实施知识产权战略和提高知识产权保护水平,是实现我国经济增长方式转变的重要手段。
Technological innovation is not only the power of the sustained economic growth,but also the transformation of economic growth mode is the fundamental way.The protection of intellectual property rights has indirect impact on the mode of economic growth through the effect of technology innovation.The protection of intellectual property rights is insufficient or excessive which will hinder technology innovation,and intellectual property protection level can promote the transformation of economic growth mode when it only adapts to with economic development stage and level.By making use of panel data model of 28 Regional from 2000 to 2009,the paper performs an empirical analysis.The results show that technical innovation and intellectual property protection can raise intensive level of economic growth.Therefore the strategy of intellectual property rights must be carried out which improve the level of intellectual property protection,and is an important support of the transformation of economic growth mode in China.
