摘要
地方综合性大学医学院学风建设至关重要,它不仅直接影响医学生的培养质量,而且影响地方综合性大学的社会声誉和总体人才培养水平。目前,医学院在学风方面存在很多问题,问题产生的原因很多,有教学方面的、学生方面的、学校管理方面以及社会方面的。教学方面存在的不足是医学院学风问题产生的主要原因。从教学方面入手,以教风带学风、以教学改革促学风、以教学管理保学风是医学院创建优良学风的有效路径。
Teaching and studying style construction in medical school of provincial comprehensive university is critical,which does not only impact directly on the quality of training of medical students,but also affects the local university＇s reputation and the overall level of personnel training.Currently,there are lots of problems in the teaching and studying style in medical school,the reasons are many,such as teachers and students,school management and society.The main causes of teaching and studying style of medical school lie in teaching.Starting from the aspects of teaching,teaching style,teaching reform and teaching management to promote the teaching and studying style are effective ways to create a fine style of teaching and studying in medical school.
