摘要
近年来随着生殖免疫学的迅速发展,免疫因素所致不孕越来越受到人们重视,研究发现与不孕不育有关的自身免疫性抗体主要有女性的抗精子抗体、抗卵巢抗体、抗透明带抗体、抗绒毛膜促性腺激素抗体、抗子宫内膜抗体、抗心磷脂抗体。现阐述了正常生育过程以及该六种免疫性抗体产生及导致不孕机制研究进展,意在对临床中免疫性不孕的诊治起到一定指导作用。
With the rapid development of reproductive immunnology in recent years,people paid more and more attention on immunology,immune factors caused by infertility.The study explored the women＇s anti-sperm antibodies and infertility infertility-related autoimmune antibodies,anti-ovarian antibodies,anti-transparent zone antibodies,anti-trophoblastic antibody,anti-endometrial antibody,anti-cardiolipin antibodies.Normal reproductive process,as well as the six autoimmune antibody production and advances on infertility mechanism were discussed in order to give a guiding role in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical immune infertility.
