摘要
目的了解2009年至2011年保定市辖区小学至大学不同学段新生结核菌感染与患病情况,为保定市结核病防治提供科学依据。方法市辖区学校按50%比例,整群随机抽取10所小学、5所初中、4所高中、4所大学,对入学新生进行结核病专项检查,将体检结果按年度、学段分别进行统计分析。结果 2009年至2011年入学新生结核菌感染率及总患病率均有逐年增高的趋势(均P<0.005)。各年度小学至大学不同学段新生PPD阳性率及强阳性率均逐渐增高(均P<0.001)。结论近几年入学新生结核菌感染及患病有逐渐增加的趋势,应重视和加强大学和中学新生结核病筛查及预防工作。
Objective To know the situation of tuberculosis infection and prevalence among freshman from primary school to college in Baoding from 2009 to 2011,providing scientific basis for the tuberculosis prevention and control.Methods Selecting 10 primary schools,5 junior high schools,4 high schools,4 universities by means of cluster random sampling,which were half of the schools in Baoding,having the freshman done with special exam in tuberculosis,and doing statistical analysis of the results according to the years and grade.Results Freshmen mycobacterial infection rate and total prevalence rates were increasing from 2009 to 2011（P〈0.005）.PPD positive rate and strong positive rate of freshman in every grade from primary school to university were increasing gradually（P〈0.001）.Conclusion Mycobacterial infection and the prevalence of freshman are increasing in recent years.We should pay attention to and strengthen the screening and prevention of tuberculosis among freshmen in university and secondary school.
