酒钢方坯中间包冶金性能模拟评价 被引量:1

Evaluation to Metallurgy Performance Simulation of Billet Tundish in JISCO

摘要 以相似原理为基础,用水模拟钢液研究中间包内的钢水流动特征,通过测定模型中间包内液体的停留时间分布曲线(RTD),计算其平均停留时间及死区、活塞区和混合区的体积。 Based on the similar principle, simulation is carried out on the flow characteristics of the molten steel in the tundish. Then calculation is made on the mean Residence time distribution curve and and the volume of the dead zone, pis ton zone and mixing zone.
