摘要
流程是工作效率和质量的保证。科学、完善、规范的培训操作流程不仅有很高的实用价值,也是影响培训质量和效果的关键因素之一。当前,开展干部教育培训规范化操作流程设计对于进一步指导、规范培训部门人员的工作,全面提升培训质量具有非常重要的意义。
A sound procedure can improve the working efficiency and ensure the quality. A standardized operation procedure shall be a scientific and sound one, for it will affect the actual performance, quality and result of the training program in the end. At present, the author will launch the Procedure Design of the Standardized Operation for the cadres training. This activity will guide the personnel training and improve the training quality in all aspects.
