摘要
为重组人骨形态发生蛋白 2 (recombinanthumanbonemorphogenticprotein 2 ,rhBMP 2 )在种植牙中的应用寻找一种新型、有效的复合材料。方法 :将 2 0~ 30mg雄性小白鼠 16只随机分为 4组 ,每组 4只。其中一组为空白对照组 ,其余各组小鼠肌囊内分别植入透明质酸钠凝胶 (HealonGV)、rhBMP 2、rhBMP 2与HealonGV复合物 ,2 1d后进行X线片观察、组织学观察及BMP定量测定。结果 :空白对照、HealonGV组无骨组织生长 ,rhBMP 2与HealonGV复合组成骨量、骨成熟程度及BMP含量均高于单纯rhBMP 2组。结论 :1HealonGV为rhBMP 2的良好载体。 2HealonGV与rhBMP 2复合可以使rhBMP 2诱导新骨生成的作用增强。
Objective:Finding a new kind of effective carrier for recombinant human bone morphogentic protein 2 (rhBMP 2). Methods:16 20~30 g male mice were divided into 4 groups randomly and were treated with 4 kinds of implantation into the muscle pouch of mice respectively: (1) nothing as control; (2) hyalurate (Healon GV); (3) rhBMP 2; (4) composites of Healon GV and rhBMP 2. The bone formation was studied radiologically and histologically 21 days after operation, and determination of BMP content was performed. Results:The ossoinductive activity was quite different among the 4 groups. Group (1) and group (2) had not osseoinductive activity, group (4) had a higher bone yield than group (3), and it also contained more BMP. Conclusion:1 Healon GV is a good carrier for rhBMP 2. 2 The composite of Healon GV and rhBMP 2 can increase the osseoinductive activity of rhBMP 2.
