摘要
为检测一批粮食中所含杂质的含量,实现自动分检和含量计算,利用粮食颗粒和杂质颗粒的分子中化学键对近红外光谱的吸收特性不同,用近红外投影光谱分析方法设计了一种粮食小样颗粒自动分检及百分比计算的检测装置;该装置的可靠性高,分析速度快,结果准确,且不破坏粮食组织特性。
To sense the amount of impurity in a batch of grain, realizing impurity separating and its counting, a kind of instrument for impurity automatic separating and algorithm of counting percentage were developed by using near infrared spectral analysis based on a principle that both impurities and grain have near infrared spectrum,, absorbing characteristics. The instrument had the properties of high reliability, high - speed analysis and could provide precise result. The approach had not any effect on the organizational characteristics of the grain.
