摘要
通过对美国科技成果转化机制的研究,探讨分析美国科技成果转化的成功经验:完善的科技中介服务体系、中小企业的健康发展、产学研的紧密结合、风险资本的有力支撑、完善的科技成果转化评价体系。并以此为借鉴,针对西安市科技成果转化现存问题,提出推进西安市科技成果转化的建议:优化科技成果转化法制环境,加快中介机构和技术市场建设,大力支持中小企业的发展,力促产学研一体化,搭建多元化融资渠道,健全科技成果评价体系。
By studying the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the successful experiences are discussed and an- alyzed as follows ： perfect sci - tech intermediary service system, the healthy development of smaU - medium - sized enterprises, close university - industry - research collaboration, strong support for risk capital, perfect appraisal system for the transformation of research findings. Moreover, proposals for the existing problems concerning the transformation of research findings in Xi^n are put forward, such as ： to optimize its legal environment; to speed up the construction of intermediary services and technology markets ; to strongly support the development of small - medium - sized enterprises ; to boost the integration of production, teaching and research ; to set up diversi- fied financing channels; and to perfect the appraisal system for the transformation of research findings.
