宁夏回汉族环氧化酶2-1195G>A的分析 被引量:3

The Frequency of COX-2-1195G>A Polymorphism in Ningxia Population

摘要 目的探讨宁夏人群环氧化酶-2(COX-2)基因-1195位点基因型和等位基因频率在汉、回民族和男、女性别间的分布特点。方法通过聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术对398例汉族和370例回族健康人群COX-2基因-1195G>A单核苷酸多态性位点进行检测。结果 COX-2-1195G>A基因型GG、GA、AA和等位基因G、A的分布频率在宁夏汉族人群中是14.57%、69.35%、16.08%和49.25%、50.75%,在回族人群中是9.73%、77.84%、12.43%和48.65%、51.35%,宁夏回族人群COX-2-1195GA基因型频率高于汉族(P=0.025);在宁夏男性人群中是10.76%、74.02%、15.22%和47.77%、52.23%,在女性人群中是13.70%、72.87%、13.43%和50.13%、49.87%,男、女性别间基因型和等位基因频率分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宁夏回族人群携带COX-2-1195GA基因型频率多于汉族;COX-2-1195G>A基因型和等位基因频率在宁夏男、女性别间分布无统计学意义。 Objective To compare the difference of COX -2 - 1195G 〉 A genotypes and alleles frequencies between ethnic Han and Hui, male and female in Ningxia population. Methods Single nucleotide polymor- phism in COX -2 -1195G 〉 A were determined with polymerase chain reaction- restriction fragment- length polymorphism (PCR -RFLP) in 398 ethnic Han and 370 ethnic Hui healthy adults. Results The frequen- cies of the GG, GA, AA genotypes and G, A alleles of COX-2 -1195G 〉 A in the ethnic Han group were 14.57%, 69.35% , 16.08% and 49.25% , 50.75% , respectively, in comparison to 9.73%, 77.84% , 12.43% and 48.65%, 51.35%, respectively, in ethnic Hui group. COX - 2 - 1195GA gentype in ethnic Hui was more than that in ethnic Han(P =0. 025). These frequencies among male population were 10.76% , 74.02% , 15.22% and 47.77% , 52.23% ,respectively, in comparison to 13.70%, 72.87%, 13.43% and 50.13%, 49.87%, respectively, in the female group. Conclusion Ningxia ethnic Hui individuals carried more -l195GA genotype than their Han counterparts did. The frequencies of COX -2 - 1195G 〉 A geno- types and alleles were no difference between male and female groups in NIngxia population.
