摘要
对实验室分离的34株来自10个国家,5大洲的阪崎肠杆菌进行基因分型。利用BioNumerics软件对这34株菌分国家和大洲进行了亲缘关系的分析。亲缘分析的结果显示来自不同国家和不同大洲的阪崎肠杆菌有可能是基因型相似的菌株,而来自同一个国家的同一份样品中分离得到的两株阪崎肠杆菌则可能亲缘关系很远。
34 strains of Enterobacter Sakazakii seperated from samples of 10 countries of 5 continents, analysis was conducted to classify the genotypes. Grouped by countries and continents, the strains were analyzed by BioNumerics. The results of analysis indicated that the genotypes of different countries or continents may be similliar, whereas those of same countries and continent may be different.
