摘要
目的探索高职院校网络依赖学生团体治疗干预的方法与效果。方法对江苏某高职院校五年制高职14个专业1~3年级学生进行网络依赖量表抽样调查,结合面谈甄选出量表得分为46~53分并符合网络依赖临床界定标准的50名学生作为研究对象,其中25人作为试验组,25人作为对照组。试验组进行2 d的团体治疗,随后进行每周1次、每次4 h、连续4次的强化;对照组只给予常规思想教育。3个月后再次用网络依赖量表评估。结果试验组治疗后得分(42.10±4.82)分低于对照组得分(47.96±2.99)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组量表4个维度中,强迫性上网及网络成瘾戒断反应维度治疗后得分(13.35±2.11)分低于治疗前得分(15.45±2.39)分,网络成瘾耐受性治疗后得分(8.95±1.79)分低于治疗前得分(12.25±2.55)分,人际与健康问题治疗后得分(11.45±2.39)分低于治疗前得分(13.25±1.94)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论团体治疗对高职院校网络依赖学生有明显的干预效果。
Objective To evaluate the effect of group therapy on higher vocational school students with internet dependence. Methods The students at a higher vocational school were surveyed with the Chinese Internet Addiction Scale - Revision (CIAS -R) . A total of 50 students were included based on their scale score (between 46 -53 ) , clinical criteria for internet dependence, and interviews. They were randomly and evenly assigned into a study group and a control group. The study group was treated with group therapy for two days, followed by four sessions of four hours' group therapy, one session a week for four consecutive weeks. The control group was given conventional ideological education. The students were assessed again with CIAS - R three months later. Results The study group scored lower than the'control group after the intervention (42.10 ±4. 82 ) vs. (47.96 ± 2.99), P 〈 0. 01. The study group scored lower in three out of four dimensions of the scale, namely the Compulsive Internet Use and Withdrawal Symptoms, Tolerance, and Interpersonal and Health Issues ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Group therapy is effective in helping higher vocational school students combat internet dependence.
