摘要
目的了解核心家庭与空巢家庭成员的生命质量情况。方法采用随机抽样与典型抽样相结合的方法,选取昆明市西山区气象路社区的部分核心家庭、空巢家庭成员。采用自行设计的个人及家庭基本情况调查表及健康调查简表(SF-36量表)进行测定。结果核心家庭成员在生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能维度的得分高于空巢家庭成员,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但在精神健康维度得分间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同文化程度的家庭成员中,生理功能、生理职能、总体健康、情感职能维度得分间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年人均收入的家庭成员中,生理功能、精神健康维度得分间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同慢性病患病情况的家庭成员中,生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能维度得分间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同伤残情况的家庭成员中,生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能维度得分间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空巢家庭成员的生命质量低于核心家庭成员的生命质量,并受文化程度、慢性病、伤残等因素影响。
Objective To know the quality of life of members of nuclear family and empty - nest family. Methods The combined principle of typical sampling and random sampling was used to choose residents of some nuclear and empty - nest families from Qixianglu community of Xishan district in Kunming city. The self - designed questionnaires about the basic life situation and 36 - item Short - Form Health Survey Questionnaire （ SF - 36） were taken for investigation. Results The scores of nuclear family members were higher than those of empty - nest family members in physiological function, physiological role, bodily pain, general health, vigor, social function, and emotional role （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; however no statistical difference was found be- tween the two groups in scores of psychological health dimension （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Among the members with different education backgrounds the scores of physiological function, physiological role, general health, and emotional role showed statistical differences （ P 〈 O[ 05）. The statistical differences were found among the members with different year incomes in scores of physiological function and psychological health （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; among those with different chronic diseases in scores of physiological function, physi-ological role, bodily pain, general health, vigor, social function, and emotional role （P 〈0.05） ; and among those with different disabilities in scores of physiological function, physiological role, bodily pain, general health, vigor, social function, and emotional role （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The quality of life of empty - nest family members is slower than that of nuclear family members, and it is also influenced by factors of education and chronic disease and disability.
