摘要
试验旨在利用体外产气法研究啤酒糟替代豆粕,发酵木薯渣替代象草的饲粮组合对水牛体外瘤胃发酵特性的影响。采用Mauricio等的压力读取式体外产气系统进行体外瘤胃发酵培养,采用2×2×2因子(3因素2水平)设计:精料为1个因素,2个水平,啤酒糟以25%、50%(DM)替代发酵底物中的豆粕;粗料为2因素、各设2个水平,即木薯渣以12.5%、25%(DM),发酵木薯渣以12.5%、25%(DM)替代发酵底物中的象草。试验结果表明:①72 h累积产气量4组(啤酒糟替代25%豆粕,发酵木薯渣替代25%象草的饲粮组合)最高。代谢能和可消化有机物含量对照组(豆粕15%,玉米25%,象草30%,青贮玉米30%)最高,这两个指标4组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。②5组(啤酒糟替代50%豆粕和木薯渣替代12.5%象草的饲粮组合)的微生物蛋白质含量最高,微生物蛋白质含量4组、5组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),这3组显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。4组的氨态氮含量最高。③5组的总酸含量最高。④4组的6 h甲烷产量与对照组的差异不显著(P>0.05)。4、5组的12 h甲烷产量和24 h甲烷产量与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,4组(啤酒糟替代25%豆粕,发酵木薯渣替代25%象草的饲粮组合)是最优的饲粮组合。
The current experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of the ration combination of replacement of soybean meal by distiller's grains and substitution of grassiness with cassava pulp on buf- falo rumen fermentation by using in vitro gas production. The Mauricio reading pressure system(RPT) was used for rumen fermentation cultivation in vitro in this experiment. Using 2×2×2 design: Concen- trate for a factor, two levels, the substitution of soybean meal with distiller's grains at the ratios of 25% and 50%(DM);Roughages for 2 factors, set each at two levels, substitution of grassiness with cassava pulp or Fermentation cassava pulp at the ratios of 12.5% and 25%(DM). The results showed that: (1) The group 4( the substitution of soybean meal with distiller's grains at ratio of 25%, and substitution of grassiness with cassava pulp at ratio of 25%) was the highest on seventy-two hours accumulation gas production. The control group (soybean meal 15%, corn 25%, grassiness 30%, silage corn 30%) was the highest on metabolizable energy and digestible organic matter, There was no signif- icant effect on the two indexs between 4 group and control(P〉0.05). (2) The group 5(the substitu- tion of soybean meal with distiller's grains at ra- tio of 50%, and substitution of grassiness with cassava pulp at ratio of 12.5%) was the highest on microbial protein, There was no significant effect on microbial protein among group 4, group 5 and tire control(P〉0.05),the three groups was significantly higher than others (P〈0.05).The group 4 was the highest on ammonia nitrogen. (3) The group 5 was tire highest on lotal volatile larry acids. @ There was no significant effeci on six hours methane production between group 4 and the control (P〉0.05).There was no significanl effect on lwelve hours and twenty- four hours methane production among group 4, group 5 and the control(P〉0.05). A combination of all in- dex, The group 4 (the substitution of soybean meal with distiller's grains at ratios of 25%, and substitution of grassiness with cassava pulp at ratio of 25%) was the best group.
