摘要
试验研究建立了一种基于免疫胶体金技术的硝基呋喃类药物快速检测方法。该方法对饲料中呋喃唑酮、呋喃它酮、呋喃西林、呋喃妥因的最低检测限分别达到5、3、2、2μg/kg,对饲料样本检测的假阳性率为2%,假阴性率为0,可以应用于饲料样本中硝基呋喃类药物的快速检测和现场筛查。
A rapid testing strip for nitrofurans detection based on immunochromatography technology was established .The LODs for furazolidone,furaltadone ,nitrofurazone and nitrofuration in feed samples were 5,3,2,2μg/kg,respectively .False-positive rate was 2% and false-negative rate was 0.So the strip can be used for rapid screening for nitrofurans residure in feed samlpes.
