摘要
‘沪油21'是通过品种(系)间双交的方法育成的甘蓝型双低油菜新品种,其芥酸含量0.87%,硫苷含量18.00μmol/g,种子含油率46%,属高含油率品种。在上海市油菜区域试验中平均产量2 823.45 kg/hm^2,较对照‘沪油15'增产8.8%;产油量1 279.35 kg/hm^2,比对照‘沪油15'增产13.1%。在2009年上海市油菜生产试验中,平均产量2 276.55 kg/hm^2,比对照‘沪油15'增产3.95%;产油量1 037.70 kg/hm^2,比对照‘沪油15,增产7.49%。
The new rape variety ＇ Huyou 21 ＇ （ Brassica napus） with double low [erucic acid and glucosi- nolate] but high oil content in rapeseed was successfully bred through double cross between varieties （lines）. Its rapeseed contained 0.87 % of erucic acid in fat acid, 18.00 μmol/g of glucosinolates in rape- seed meal, and 46% of oil. In the Shanghai regional test of rape, it averagely yielded 2 823.45 kg/hm2 rapeseed and 1 279.35 kg/hm2 rapeseed oil,increasing respectively by 8.8% and 13.1% over the control variety ＇Huyou 15＇. In the Shanghai production test of rape in 2009, it averagely yielded 2 276.55 kg/hm2 rapeseed and 1 037.70 kg/hm2 rapeseed oil, increasing respectively by 3.95% and 7.49% over ＇ Huyou 15＇.
