摘要
采用配备LDI SLP 2000扫描系统的Faro ARM测量臂对汽车驾驶室进行扫描,再利用Geomagic Qualify软件对扫描获得的数据进行处理。结果证明,LDI激光测量技术在汽车驾驶室的扫描应用,可以快速检测出制造精度的误差,大幅度缩短产品开发周期。
Automobile cabs are scanned in this paper by using Faro ARM measurement arm equipped with LDI SLP 2000 scanning system.And then,the data of scanning automobile cabs are processed by using geomagic qualify software.The result shows that with the applications of LDI laser measurement technology in scanning automobile cabs,the precision errors of the products are checked out quickly in order to greatly shorten the product development cycle.
