摘要
将"动态优化设计、智能化设计和可视化设计"的产品综合设计法与传统的评价理论相结合,提出了产品质量评定的综合评价模型,并且考虑了为提高质量而消耗的时间、资金等因素,在模型中引入了成本约束。以某汽车驾驶室为例,通过人机工程学理论对其舒适性,成本,及效率的进行了评价。为评价与提高产品总体质量、降低成本提供科学的决策依据。
Put forward a comprehensive evaluation model for overall evaluation of product quality,which combines the dynamic optimization,intellectualization and visualization into one in design on traditional evaluation theory basis.And consider the factors such as time and capital which is consumed for improving quality.Introduce the cost constraint in the model.Taking some as vehicle cab example,evaluate its comfort,cost and efficiency by human engineering theory.Scientific decision basis is provided to evaluating and improving overall quality of production and reducing cost.
