摘要
相对于机构分析图解法而言,解析法不仅精度高,而且是实现机构现代设计法(如优化设计等)的必由之路。机构的运动学与动力学模型本质上是矢量方程。以往的解析法大多需要展开这些矢量方程,推导过程繁琐、且易出错,给进一步的研究带来不利。以插床执行机构的运动学与动力学分析为例,结合Matlab软件的矩阵运算功能,把数学模型中的矩阵(矢量)运算带到Matlab系统程序中。在很大程度上避免了矩阵运算中元素展开及其手工推演,简洁自然,从而形成一种基于Matlab特色的解析法。
Comparing to the graphical method for the mechanism analysis,the analytical method has dominated not only due to its much higher accuracy,but also due to the only way that it can provide to realize the modernization of mechanism design method such as optimal design.The kinematic and dynamic models are subject to vector equations in nature.For most existing analytical methods,the expansion of those vector equations are conducted,resulting in a wrong optimal modeling for the easy fallacy during the complicated deduction process.In this paper,the powerful Matlab operations to matrix are utilized to achieve the kinematic and kinetic analysis for the actuating mechanism in a slotting machine.The way adopted is featured by the direct transplant of the matrix(vector) operations from the mathematical models to the Matlab codes,which can avoid manual expansion in terms of matrix elements.This method is featured by a natural deduction with precise,thus a Matlab-oriented analytical method is generated.
