摘要
多电平变频器因其输出功率大、输出波形好,已经广泛应用于工业领域。其中多单元串联型多电平变频器因其优越的性能而受到广泛的关注。但是,传统的多单元串联变频器由于前端采用不控整流结构,不能实现能量的双向流动,限制了其在需要能量回馈场合中的应用。详细分析了目前多单元串联能量回馈的拓扑结构形式,比较了各种拓扑结构的特点,对不同拓扑结构的控制策略、整流侧电流及直流母线谐波特性进行了深入分析。最后,确定了一种适合我国工业发展的能量回馈拓扑。
The topology of multilevel inverter is mature, and has been widely used in industry. Among different topologies, the cascaded multilevel inverter has received much attention because of its superior performance. Howev- er, the traditional cascaded multilevel inverter uses cells with diode rectifiers that does not allow a transfer of power from the load to the power supply (regeneration), limited the applications of demanding regeneration. The current to- pologies of cascaded multilevel inverter with regeneration were analyzed and the characteristics of the various topolo- gies were compared, the control method with control block diagram was described. Finally, a topology of regeneration was identified that can suit the industrial development of our country.
