摘要
结合 DOW火灾爆炸指数法提出了散化码头火灾爆炸危险评价法 ,由此得到表示各评价单元的多种危险系数及以实际可能最大财产损失、停产损失等安全经济指标的火灾爆炸危险程度 ,并通过安全指标的横向比较 ,综合分析评价目标的安全性 ,提出相应的对策 ,将危险控制在可接受的水平 .
Based on the principle of DOW Fire & Explosion Index, the risk assessment method of fire & explosion for chemicals has been set up in the light of its characteristics. By this method, the actual probable property damage, the loss of business interruption and other safety economic indicators can be obtained. The countermeasures therefore can be put forward to control the risk to an acceptable level after the comprehensive safety analysis of the target.
