摘要
本文提出了散化码头三类典型液体化学品水污染危害性评估模式，建立其计算机模型，决定事故发生时的应急对策原则。
This paper describes an evaluation pattern of harmfulness of three typical pollutions by chemical water and establishes its computer spreading pattern and the principles of the decision of emergency counter measures while an incident happens.
