摘要
自20世纪90年代以来,可持续发展理念对全球范围内的城市化议题产生了复杂而深远的影响:城市地区既被视为造成全球不可持续问题的现实根源,又被认为是迈向全球可持续发展的希望所在。审视现实,可持续发展理念的传统范式对城市建设实践的影响存在着理想与现实之间的矛盾困境。究其原因,一是在历史维度上,可持续发展传统理念的现实模型—抽象模型—政治模型对真实世界的扭曲歧义,导致了其对城市建设影响的内在偏差;二是在空间维度上,可持续发展传统理念的全球南北分歧和地方对抗冲突,造成了其对城市建设影响的逐步消解。展望未来,我们应该顺应当前可持续发展理念的范式转型趋势,通过嵌套—融合的新模型,采用历史—系统的新方法,为化解城市不可持续问题和建设可持续城市提供真正的转机。
The theory of sustainable development has played a complicated and profound role on urban growth practices worldwide since 1990s. The urban regions are considered as not only the roots of un-sustainability problems, but also the hopes of achieving sustainability globally. Contradiction of the influence of sustainable development theory on urban growth practice exists for the reasons of theoretical distortion and misunderstanding of real world, divarication between south and north world, and conflict of neighbor locals. In the future, the new paradigm of sustainable development theory will bring new solutions to deal with urban growth problems and to build sustainable cities.
