摘要
目的 讨论前颅窝骨折的诊断和治疗。方法 回顾分析经CT检查和手术治疗的 2 6例患者 ,根据CT分为 3种类型。手术采用急诊减压、颅底重建、硬脑膜修补、视神经管减压等方式。结果 仅 1例术后慢性期出现脑脊液鼻漏 ,手术再次修补痊愈 ,3例术后视觉恢复不理想 ,2例死亡。结论 术前CT对判定前颅窝骨折类型及神经系统受损程度十分重要。
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of anterior cranial fossa fracture.Methods The medical records of 26 patients treated were reviewded retrospectively.All cases were examined by CT imaging scans preoperatively.The total cases were divided into three types.The types of operation such as acute decompress,skull base reconstraction,dural repairment,opticl canaldompress were performed.Results Only one case developed postoperactive cerebrospinal fluid leakage in the chronic period.After using repair operation,the patient recovered.Three cases visual impairment did not recover postoperativaly.Two patients died.Conclusion Verification of the fracture types and initial necerological systemic impairments by means of CT scaning is important preoperatively.It is very effective to prevent cerebrospinal fluid leakage if the dura is repaired and the skull base recons-tructed in primury operation.
