炭纤维复合叠层铝板的制备工艺和实验研究

摘要 综合评论了从ARALL发展到新一代复合叠层铝合金板的进展.实验研究了新 一代的叠层铝板──炭纤维复合叠层铝板的制备工艺,并提供了所制备的炭纤维复合叠 层铝板的性能.结果表明:这种铝板具有ARALL板的各种优点,能改进ARALL的一 些缺点,它的各种性能指标皆优于铝合金板,因此可望取代高强度铝合金板而广泛应用于 各类工程项目之中. The recent advance of fiber reinforced aluminum laminates from ARALL to a generation of composite laminates of new type is discussed synthetically. The making technology of a kind of carbon reinforced aluminum laminates is investigated by experiments, and the properties of this new composite laminates are given in detail. Test results reveal that that new type carbon fiber reinforced aluminum laminates have the same advantages as ARALL,and nearly all of the properties of this new composite material are better than the aluminum that is used as the matrix of its laminates. It can be expected that this new type of carbon fiber reinforced aluminum laminates could be used in the various kinds of engineering constructions and will be the substitution of the aluminum of high strength.
