摘要
目的:了解临床护理带教老师循证实践能力的强弱程度。方法:采用问卷调查方式,于2011年7~11月对120名有临床护理带教任务的带教老师进行调查。结果:临床护理带教老师评判性思维能力较强,信息利用能力、统计分析能力及科研能力一般,英语能力及系统评价能力较弱。结论:临床护理带教老师已具备实践循证护理的正确思维方法,但在循证技能如利用信息、统计分析与科研、英语、系统评价方面需不断加强培训。
Objective :To understand the clinical nursing teachers of evidence - based practice ability level. Methods : By the questionnaire survey, from July to November in 2011,120 ellnieal nursing teaching task of the teachers were investigated, ltesuhs: Clinical nursing teachers of critical thinking skills was strong, information utilization capacity, statistical analysis and scientific research ability in general, English proficiency and evaluation capacity of the system were weak. Conclusions:Clinical nursing teachers had the right thinking methods of evidence - based nursing practice, evidence - based skills such as the use of information, statistical analysis and research, English, needed to continue to strengthen the training system evaluation.
